Lead Commercial HVAC Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead our team of HVAC professionals. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and schedule HVAC crews, journeymen, and apprentices to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Order materials and equipment, manage deliveries, and control quality and layout of onsite projects
  • Perform equipment installations, changeouts, and repairs for existing customers, owner-direct projects, and new installations
  • Train and supervise others, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve processes
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a commercial/industrial setting
  • Certificate of completion from an HVAC trade school (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50lb+, access crawlspaces and attics, and use ladders
  • Exceptional safety knowledge and ability to train and supervise others
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
