Bakery Specialist

**Job Overview**

Sam's Club is a leading membership-based warehouse club that offers bulk groceries, general merchandise, and specialty services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Bakery Specialist to join our team in Dover, DE.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

**Job Description**

We are looking for an individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked goods daily, operating baking equipment, following recipes, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.

You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to company policies and procedures, and provide exceptional customer service to members. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work well under pressure will be essential in this role.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this position, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation environment is preferred but not required.
