**Job Summary:**

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the on-site construction activities of a project to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to specified quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in representing Shaw Construction's interests and ensuring project success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Planning and Coordination:**
  • Understand and execute work based on contract documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate work division among the on-site team, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Review subcontractor scopes of work, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Implement site planning and logistics, optimizing project efficiency and productivity.
  • **Quality Control and Assurance:**
  • Enforce project safety program, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Coordinate subcontractors' work, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Manage quality control program, monitoring and improving project quality standards.
  • **Project Administration:**
  • Maintain project documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Implement submittal review and approval process, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and implement plans for various construction aspects, ensuring project success.
  • Document project performance, providing valuable insights for future projects.
  • **Leadership and Development:**
  • Participate in company training and industry organizations, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Supervise Superintendents and Foremen on the project, providing guidance and support.

**Requirements:**

Minimum 10 years of building construction experience at the Superintendent level for projects between $20M - $100M.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

  • Pay Type: Salary
  • Pay Range: $95,000 to $150,000 annually
  • Bonus based on individual and company performance
