Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one observation of assigned patients, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and their families to ensure seamless care.
- Identify and report changes in patient status to RNs, responding promptly to their needs.
- Assist in orienting new healthcare team members to our facilities and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of an Observer course or equivalent. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are committed to our mission, we encourage you to apply.
