Responsabilidades Clave:

Control Analítico:
Realizar análisis de soluciones de recubrimiento y llevar a cabo métodos de titulación volumétrica y gravimétrica para asegurar la precisión del proceso.

Mantenimiento de Registros:
Mantener registros precisos de análisis, adiciones químicas y estado del equipo para garantizar la integridad y trazabilidad de los datos.

Gestión de Inventario:
Mantener y gestionar el inventario de productos químicos, asegurando la reposición oportuna y el almacenamiento adecuado.

Mantenimiento de Equipos de Laboratorio:
Limpiar y mantener el equipo de laboratorio y solicitar reemplazos según sea necesario para asegurar un funcionamiento óptimo.

Adiciones Químicas:
Asegurar adiciones químicas precisas, ya sea de manera independiente o con personal aprobado, y realizar análisis de seguimiento.

Control de Calidad:
Mantener las soluciones de prueba analíticas dentro de las especificaciones y monitorear los límites de control de edad para mantener altos estándares de calidad.

Cumplimiento de Seguridad:
Informar cualquier violación o preocupación de seguridad a la gerencia de manera oportuna para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro.

Participación en Auditorías:
Participar en auditorías internas y externas para mantener el cumplimiento de los estándares de la industria.

Calibración de Equipos:
Calibrar los medidores de pH de la empresa y asegurar que todo el equipo funcione correctamente.

Recolección de Muestras:
Recoger muestras de NDT para análisis externo que apoyen pruebas exhaustivas y aseguramiento de calidad.

Colaboración en Equipo:
Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el Gerente de Laboratorio o la Gerencia, contribuyendo al éxito del equipo.

Calificaciones:
Mínimo un título de Asociado en Química o un campo relacionado. Fuerte atención al detalle y habilidades organizativas. Dominio de métodos de titulación volumétrica y gravimétrica. Capacidad para mantener registros precisos y gestionar inventarios. Compromiso con la seguridad y el cumplimiento de las normas regulatorias. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
