Detailed job description for the position of Esthetician - Lash Artist at Lash and Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client consultations, from greeting to closing, to ensure client satisfaction and document treatments on approved devices.
  • Develop and implement personalized skin care regimens and sell recommended products to clients based on their unique needs.
  • Fulfill the role of a team-oriented, goal-driven Beauty Professional with a passion for providing excellent client services.
  • Prescribe and apply all soft touch and medical grade services on the lash and company service menu.
  • Meet Lash and Company cleanliness standards and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through approved platforms.
  • Participate in continuing education and attend in-spa workshops, classes, and promotional events to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Meet sales quotas and participate in company-driven product sales competitions.
  • Work one weekend day per week and maintain an 80% booking average after six months of employment.
