Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Healthcare Manager at Ascension St. Vincent in Indiana.

This is a full-time day shift opportunity, requiring a strong background in leadership and nursing management.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the daily activities, workflow, and nursing resources of assigned units.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for self and within units.
  3. Conduct hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating staff members.
  4. Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care services for assigned units.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee efficient delivery of health services.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required within one month of hire date.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification and three years of experience, with one year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and qualifications.
