We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Busser/Runner to join our team at Sushi Tokyo. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Remove unused dishes and reset tables to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables and transport them to the kitchen for washing
  • Run dishes to tables, providing patrons with water and beverages as needed
  • Monitor and maintain bathroom cleanliness and floor cleanliness to maintain a high standard of hygiene
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, but not essential
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines and a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
