Join Our Team as a Neonatology Physician Assistant

Pediatrix Medical Group is a leading provider of highly specialized healthcare for women, babies, and children. We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in Neonatology.

About the Role

As a Neonatology Physician Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to newborns and their families in our Level-II and Level-III+ NICUs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of subspecialists, including pediatricians, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to newborns and their families, including routine check-ups, diagnostic testing, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
  • Participate in educational programs and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest neonatal care practices and research.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts within the NICU.
