Position Summary:

The role of the Parts Sales Specialist at Monroe Tractor encompasses various responsibilities within the parts department, including marketing and sales initiatives aimed at achieving financial objectives. We are in search of an individual with a friendly demeanor who can effectively connect with a diverse clientele.

Compensation: $17 to $24 per hour

  • Operate a forklift (training will be provided)
  • Assist in managing parts inventory
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge
