About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Employee to join our team at Wildwood. As a Sales Employee, you will play a key role in promoting our study programs and convincing potential students to join our university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales-oriented advice to potential students over the phone or in person.
  • Actively approach potential students and guide them to sign a study contract.
  • Represent IU to potential students at our campus in Chemnitz or Dresden, as well as at schools, fairs, and information days.
  • Work closely with colleagues in B2B sales and other departments.
Requirements
  • You enjoy selling study and further education programs and have some experience in B2C sales.
  • You have a commercial education or a degree, preferably in areas such as human resources, business psychology, marketing, industry, office management, or wholesale and foreign trade.
  • You are outgoing, communicative, and passionate about primarily working over the phone.
  • You work goal-oriented, structured, and have a good understanding of numbers, making you enjoy working with KPIs.
  • You have excellent German skills and are proficient in using common MS Office programs.
