Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Join Addison Group as a Customer Service Representative and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, entering incoming orders, and creating standard quotes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop SAP quotations for machine spare parts, consumables, tooling, contract services, and more by working closely with customers and internal partners.
  • Present quotations to customers and follow up to convert them into sales.
  • Provide prompt support to customer questions and requests.
  • Perform commercial contract review and process customer purchase orders in SAP.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager with special projects as requested.
  • Support the Customer Feedback process.
  • Complete Customers' Supplier Survey forms.
  • Update Salesforce with machine serial numbers that are active or inactive.
  • Provide backup to Customer Service team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; business school preferred.
  • Customer Service/Internal Sales experience preferred.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to understand machine tools and machine tool components.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with limited direction in an office setting.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow tasks through completion efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to comprehend and follow ISO procedures and processes relating to job performance and quality.
  • Team Player with the ability to work with all levels of employees from different functions and departments.
