We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our Defense services business growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies to identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities in the US Defense market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement market strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Defense sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners to enhance our competitive position
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure timely pursuit and win
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute effective capture strategies
  • Utilize CRM platform to track opportunities and ensure growth objectives are met
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions to meet customer needs
  • Represent DCCA at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in engineering, program management, or government sales/marketing
  • Active TS clearance desired
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities in the Defense market
  • Ability to build and maintain customer and industry relationships
  • Experience with Multiple Award ID/IQ, task order type contracts
