Job Summary:

  • Develop and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Market Requirement Documents (MRDs), articulating product vision and strategy.
  • Respond effectively to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), showcasing product value propositions to potential clients.
  • Prioritize product features and tasks effectively based on market demands and internal capabilities to facilitate timely releases.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure coherent and efficient product development cycles.
  • Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and innovation.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
  • Utilize a background in network engineering to provide insights that enhance product functionality and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software development environment, preferably with a focus on networking technologies.
  • Strong understanding of network engineering principles and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to absorb complex information quickly and translate it into actionable strategies, both technically and commercially.
