Job Overview

Leidos seeks an experienced IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Norfolk, VA. As a key member of our Service Request Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage computer objects in Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Support the administration of network share folders and user accounts.
  • Reactive/reactivate user accounts, including mailbox transfers and data migration.
  • Add/remove VIP and EVIP status, with corresponding storage increases/decreases and profile updates.
  • Answer internal and external customer inquiries via email or phone.
  • Schedule field service for customer requested moves within a site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Provide product, technical, and customer-relations support on various subjects.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent, with 1-3 years general experience or equivalent combination.
  • Minimum 6 months tenure with NMCI Service Desk.
  • 8570 certification - CompTIA Security +CE.
  • Experience supporting NNPI and/or SIPR in a Tier 1 role.
  • Ability to attain Flank Speed Tier 1.5 qualification within 30 days.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.
  • Problem-solving skills and advanced knowledge of computer and networking technology.
  • Proficiency with HPSM ticketing and Knowledge Management System.
  • US citizenship and active Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 2 years experience on NMCI Service Desk.
  • Candidates with strong metrics in PAR and AHT.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $26-$28 per hour, dependent on location.
