The successful candidate will work directly with fathers, providing case management, individualized assessment, and strengths-based goal planning and implementation. They will also coordinate and facilitate trainings and other father-child enrichment activities for participants and their families.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a hybrid schedule, requiring both remote and community-based work. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience in community collaboration and networking is a plus.
