Posición: Lead Technical Project Coordinator

Nota: La experiencia previa como desarrollador de software o como experto técnico práctico con experiencia en la gestión y entrega de proyectos de IA es fundamental.

Responsabilidades Clave:
  • Gestionar múltiples proyectos tecnológicos simultáneamente, coordinando los cronogramas de entrega en un entorno dinámico similar al de una startup que requiere tiempos de respuesta rápidos desde la ideación hasta la entrega en producción.
  • Descomponer proyectos en partes componentes, identificando riesgos y dependencias, y haciendo seguimiento hasta su cierre.
  • Aclarar prioridades del equipo, objetivos y plazos de entregables.
  • Promover la alineación continua, la transparencia y la visibilidad sobre la salud del proyecto a las partes interesadas clave.
  • Proporcionar material de informes a nivel ejecutivo de manera regular y continua.
  • Asegurar la adherencia a los procesos organizacionales a lo largo del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software (SDLC), controles, casos de negocio, etc.
  • Gestión limitada de proveedores.
Calificaciones:
  • Más de 7 años de experiencia como Gerente de Proyectos Técnicos supervisando la entrega integral de proyectos desde la ideación hasta la producción.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia trabajando directamente con equipos de ingeniería/técnicos.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de equipos de proyectos dispersos globalmente.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos Agile y Waterfall, y herramientas modernas de gestión de proyectos, incluyendo Jira.
  • La experiencia previa como desarrollador de software o como experto técnico práctico es un gran plus, aunque no es un requisito indispensable.
  • La experiencia en la gestión y entrega de proyectos de IA es un gran plus, aunque no es un requisito indispensable.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con experiencia previa interactuando y presentando a la alta dirección.
