Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer / Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in both the design and production processes. Your responsibilities will include generating computer-based vinyl and full-color graphics, as well as overseeing the physical assembly of signage. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are essential for ensuring the accuracy and quality of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and clients on file management and proofs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of projects prior to production.
  • Maintain organized records of digital and physical files.
  • Prepare substrates for graphic application and perform finishing tasks.
  • Install signage as required and assist with various operational duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in graphic design or related fields, with proficiency in Adobe software.
  • Strong skills in both PC and Mac environments, along with familiarity with publishing and production software.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Basic math skills are necessary for project execution.
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
  • Flexibility to perform various tasks as needed, including using light power tools.
