About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at At Home Healthcare. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist to provide therapeutic programs to pediatric patients with cognitive, physical, and sensory disabilities or delays in the home and community setting.

Responsibilities
  • Implement speech and language disorder services under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist.
  • Maintain current knowledge of client's condition through observation and document any changes in client condition to the client file.
  • Report any changes in client condition or response to therapy to the supervising speech-language pathologist.
  • Consult with supervising speech-language pathologist regarding the client's progress and response to treatments.
