**Job Summary**

As a Service Technician at Gordon Food Service, you will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and customer relations. Your duties will include providing installation, measuring performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers. You will also be required to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Install and test equipment to ensure proper functioning
* Measure and analyze equipment performance to identify areas for improvement
* Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot equipment issues
* Provide excellent customer service and relations

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years of experience in maintenance or repair
* Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair
