As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing holistic treatment plans, assessing patient eligibility for weight loss programs, and providing exceptional care through nutritional counseling, herbal therapy, and medical procedures.
Responsibilities:- Developing comprehensive treatment plans for patients
- Assessing patient's emotional, mental, and spiritual needs
- Facilitating recovery plans and health maintenance routines
- Providing nutritional counseling and herbal therapy
- Performing medical procedures and ordering tests
- Documenting patient medical history and prescribing medications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Illinois
- Experience in weight loss and wellness programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate of $60.00
