Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Advocate Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
