Fusion Medical Staffing-Home Health is seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. As a Home Health RN Traveler, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while exploring new cities and experiencing different cultures.
Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Completes nursing assessments of patients and documents appropriately into patient records.
- Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Provides and coordinates patient care with other healthcare team members.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- Shares on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
Requirements
- One year's experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required.
- Current RN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Must have valid auto insurance.
