Are you passionate about youth sports and development? Do you have a strong basketball coaching background? The YMCA of Columbia-Willamette is seeking a skilled YMCA Youth Sports Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will work with players aged 8-18 years old, developing their skills and confidence through fun and engaging programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coaching and instruction.
  • Establish positive relationships with players, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services.

Requirements:
  • Must pass YMCA background check.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications or ability to acquire within 30 days of employment.
  • Strong basketball coaching experience and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Estimated $55,000 - $70,000 per annum based on experience.
