Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Master Gymnastics Coach to lead our team of instructors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, coaching students of various skill levels and ages, and tracking their progress. You will also work closely with our management team to ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Crafting personalized coaching strategies to help students achieve their goals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive team environment.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and techniques.

Salary Estimate:$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our competitive salary is commensurate with industry standards and reflects the importance of your role in shaping the lives of our students.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a gymnastics coach or instructor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Able to lift and move mats, equipment, and students during hands-on spotting (approx. 5-75 lbs).
