  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Outbound Sales Strategy
  • Proactively identify, target, and engage potential corporate clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive personal outbound sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within targeted companies, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through event execution and follow-up.
  • Proposal Development
  • Create tailored proposals and presentations that highlight the unique value and experience of hosting events at Home Run Dugout.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections using CRM software.
  • Analyze sales performance data to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration and Team Leadership
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and event teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate event sales, with a strong emphasis on outbound sales strategies. Food and beverage industry experience a big plus
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
  • Relationship Building: Strong networking abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales/events tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
