Ad-vance Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Recreation Coordinator to join our team. As a Recreation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facility Coverage: Provide coverage for our indoor athletic gymnasium, ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Perform a variety of tasks, including answering phones, interacting with customers, setting up and breaking down facilities, and performing basic maintenance and upkeep.
- Emergency Response: Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety of our customers and staff.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as requested, including working in extreme weather conditions.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a related field.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
May vary, but typically includes Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday 1:30pm - 10pm (40 hours a week).
