Job Overview


The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company's global Annual Budget and Forecast processes while delivering essential financial insights to Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities


The FP&A Manager leads financial planning initiatives, including the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and critical financial analyses for Senior Leadership. This role involves:

  • Developing methodologies, assumptions, and procedures for the annual budget.
  • Communicating, implementing, and monitoring budgetary protocols throughout the organization.
  • Managing and maintaining the Hyperion Planning database to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and user security.
  • Preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports based on actual, forecast, and budget data.
  • Generating ad hoc reports as required.
  • Driving and monitoring financial performance, analyzing operational results, and investigating significant variances.
  • Providing cross-functional support across corporate and regional teams.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; a Master's degree in business is preferred.
  • Three to five years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
  • Experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
  • Strong business acumen to enhance business performance and conduct key analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for all organizational levels.
  • A solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • The ability to plan, prioritize, and execute work assignments with self-discipline and motivation.
