Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Utilization Review Coordinator to join our team at Ethan Crossing of Indianapolis. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the utilization of services for patients admitted to our inpatient programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor appropriate utilization and documentation of services throughout the course of treatment
  • Coordinate authorization with third-party payors
  • Review cases for appropriateness of admission, continued stay, and discharge planning
  • Maintain communication system based on documentation and verbal exchange regarding treatment
  • Communicate with internal and external entities to facilitate acquisition of resources
  • Schedule Peer to Peer appointments for physician and CNP
