Payroll Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Lead to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the payroll process, including bi-weekly payroll closing, audit reports, and employee adjustments.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on payroll processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and accounting best practices.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the payroll systems team to resolve issues and implement system updates.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with a proven track record of learning and taking on new responsibilities.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion or similar software.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
