Key Responsibilities- Manage the renovation process, including coordinating with owners, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders
- Control and communicate the budget effectively, ensuring that projects are completed within budget
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Participate in local community events and build relationships with key customers
- Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman
- Ability to lead and develop a team

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
