Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and delivery of patient meals, including setting up and serving meals in patient rooms
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and disposing of trash
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
