Customer Service Liaison

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to domestic and international customers, ensuring accurate order entry, resolving order discrepancies, and performing other related customer service functions such as order tracking, supplying documents, providing pricing, and sharing product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Process customer purchase orders and internal orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing facility and other departments to resolve customer issues and manage large projects.
- Utilize product knowledge to answer customer questions and process purchase orders.
- Ensure the Voice of the Customer is forwarded to the Manager, Customer Service.
- Manage multiple priorities and tasks, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and assignments.
- Exercise independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Interact with associates in various areas of the organization.
- Identify improvements to systems and processes using Vontier Business System (VBS) tools.
- Participate in Kaizens (workshops) to drive continuous improvement.
- Associate degree and/or 3+ years of related customer service experience.
- Excellent computer skills, with a focus on MS Word, Excel, and Email.
- Typing speed of 50 WPM.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
