Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bag items at checkout, restock returns, and retrieve carts from the parking lot.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning floors and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Collect trash and operate the compactor.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
