  • Elaborar estimaciones para proyectos de construcción, incluyendo mano de obra, materiales y otros costos
  • Implementar soluciones rentables y técnicas de gestión de proyectos a lo largo del proyecto
  • Contratar, capacitar y asignar contratistas al proyecto
  • Mantener un registro diario del progreso de la construcción
  • Coordinar todas las actividades y servicios del proyecto de construcción a través del equipo de construcción
  • Supervisar un estricto cronograma de construcción, asegurando que se alcancen los hitos y se cumplan los plazos
  • Actualizar a propietarios y arrendatarios sobre el progreso de la construcción a lo largo del proyecto

Requisitos y Calificaciones del Gerente de Construcción:

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en construcción de proyectos preferido
  • Más de 2 años de experiencia como gerente de construcción preferido
  • Dominio de Excel/Google Sheets es un plus
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, tanto verbales como escritas
  • Habilidades de gestión, experiencia en gestión de equipos y proyectos
  • Capacidad para trabajar y gestionar un gran equipo de contratistas y subcontratistas sin problemas
  • Ética de trabajo organizada y meticulosa
  • Capacidad analítica y mentalidad matemática
  • Pensador crítico, solucionador de problemas
