Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutritionist II to join our team at Randolph County Public Health. The successful candidate will provide professional nutrition services to clients with complex needs, focusing on the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) in Randolph County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nutrition services to WIC clients in Randolph County
  • Develop and implement nutrition education programs for clients and community members
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized nutrition plans for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition research and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetics Registration, or a Master's degree in Dietetics, Public Health Nutrition, or Nutrition
  • Two years of nutrition experience, or a Dietetic Technician, Registered with the Commission on Dietetics Registration and a Bachelor's degree in any subject area
  • A Bachelor's of Science degree in Dietetics, Public Health Nutrition, or Community Nutrition and two years of nutrition experience
