The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for handling all day-to-day front-office activities, working closely with the Customer Care Supervisor to ensure satisfactory service to customers.

  • Responsibilities include answering calls, handling customer queries, and providing first-level support for customer complaints or issues.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with all employees and customers.
  • Ability to resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • English fluency, verbal and written. Knowledge of Spanish an advantage.
