About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual RN to join our Pre-Transplant Clinic team at the University of New Mexico Hospitals. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of services and provide optimal patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of medical history, treatments, and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have 2 years of directly related experience and be proficient in English and one of the following languages: Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo. You must also hold a nationally accredited nursing graduate degree and be certified in CPR for Healthcare/BLS Professional Rescuer within 30 days of hire.
