Activities Coordinator

The Activities Director is responsible for creating and implementing engaging programs for residents at White Birch Communities. This role requires a creative and organized individual who can work well with seniors and lead a team of assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a monthly activities calendar that meets the diverse needs of residents
- Lead activities and events that promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation
- Manage the activities department budget and supervise assistants
- Collaborate with other departments to create a stimulating environment for residents
Requirements:
- Ability to create and follow a schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work within a set budget
- Creative and energetic approach to program development
