About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Referral Supervisor to join our team at The Roads Foundation Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, overseeing the Referrals Department and ensuring timely submission of referrals, patient communication, and addressing all referrals and authorizations.

As a Referral Supervisor, you will act as the primary contact and liaison for the Referrals Department, directing and supervising all work activity and productivity of Referral Coordinators. You will also be responsible for auditing referrals management processes, insurance eligibility and verification, and assisting patients in obtaining authorizations for and tracking referral submissions.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $26/hour, generous incentive compensation plan, health insurance, health expense reimbursement up to $1000/year, 401K, PTO, holiday pay, and life insurance.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience managing referrals management processes
  • Experience in medical office referrals submissions, appeals, denials, modifications, and submission turnaround time
  • Customer service
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and health plans
  • Experience with EHR systems
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
