Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm and efficient service to golfers, proactively meeting their needs and preferences.

Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a delightful experience.

Address customer questions and resolve any concerns swiftly and effectively.

Safely operate the beverage cart, complying with all golf course policies and regulations.

Restock the cart with drinks, snacks, and other refreshments, ensuring sufficient inventory throughout the shift.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Sales and Transactions:

Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using a mobile point-of-sale (POS) system.

Monitor sales and inventory, reporting any inconsistencies to the supervisor.

Promote and upsell specials or new items to boost sales.

Possess knowledge about the products available, including various beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks, and daily specials.

Adhere to all local and state laws regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, including verifying IDs and managing consumption responsibly.

Communicate effectively with golf course staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Assist in restocking and preparing the beverage cart for subsequent shifts or events.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or food and beverage sectors.

Basic understanding of golf and the ability to engage comfortably with golfers of varying skill levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak golfing hours.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
