Resort Bartender Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team at the Zermatt Resort in Midway, Utah. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and crafting beverages in our Lobby Lounge, Z's Steak & Chop Haus, and Banquets department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Serve Safe rules, Utah DABC/Alcohol Service laws, and maintain a clean and organized beverage station.
  • Prepare and serve beverages in adherence to our recipes, guidelines, and standards.
  • Assist with product inventories, cleaning responsibilities, and other tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Utah Alcohol Serving/DABC permit.
  • Previous bartending or serving experience is required.
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid Utah Food Handler permit.
