Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a variety of settings.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A current LPN license and Basic Life Support certification are essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:
