Ambulatory Care Nurse

{"Job Title": "Ambulatory Care Nurse", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a skilled Ambulatory Care Nurse to support our team at Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, New Mexico. As an Ambulatory Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional care to our patients, ensuring their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Inputs patient care information in manual and automated record systems
* Performs procedures, treatments, and medication administration
* Administers medication orally, intramuscularly, subcutaneously, topically, intravenously, etc.
* Provides instructions to patients and/or family members

**Requirements:**

* Degree or diploma from a professional nursing program approved by the legally designated State accrediting agency at the time the program was completed by applicant
* Must possess a current, valid, unrestricted nursing license in a state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States, throughout the term of this contract
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
* 3+ years of nursing experience with a minimum of 2 years in ambulatory care

**Working Conditions:**

* 8-12 Hour Shifts. May include weekends and Holidays.
