Wound Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care RN to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Shiprock, New Mexico. As a Wound Care RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating wound care treatments for patients with acute and chronic wounds.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients with acute and chronic wounds to develop comprehensive care plans
- Implement evidence-based practices to promote wound healing and prevent complications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement wound care plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in wound care management
- Active RN license in the state of New Mexico
- BLS certification required
- Current Wound Care Certification from an Accredited Wound Care Certification Course
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in professional nursing care
- Proficiency in various wound and ostomy treatments
