Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cancer Research Nurse to join our team in Colorado. The successful candidate will be responsible for screening, enrolling, and following study subjects, ensuring protocol compliance and close monitoring while on study.

You will work closely with physicians and patients to review study design and inclusion/exclusion criteria. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the protection of study patients by verifying informed consent procedures and adhering to protocol requirements.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, RN License, and at least one year of oncology experience, preferably hematology and/or transplant. Research Certification (ACRP or CCRP) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen, enroll, and follow study subjects, ensuring protocol compliance and close monitoring while on study
  • Review study design and inclusion/exclusion criteria with physicians and patients
  • Verify informed consent procedures and adhere to protocol requirements
  • Complete and document screening/eligibility accurately
  • Accurately complete and submit on-study forms within two weeks of enrollment
  • Ensure patient documentation is completed at each clinic visit while in screening

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • RN License
  • At least one year of oncology experience, preferably hematology and/or transplant
  • Research Certification (ACRP or CCRP) preferred

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $100,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. In addition, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
