Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join their team in Glens Falls, New York.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work with our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and imaging results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computed tomography technology and best practices
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Current NYS license and ARRT (CT) certification
  • Experience with Canon/Toshiba scanners and EPIC EMR
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings and nights
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
