Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities at Avamere Rehabilitation of King City. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our grounds, parking areas, and driveways, as well as overseeing the Housekeeping & Laundry personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cutting, trimming, sweeping, and cleaning of grounds, parking areas, and driveways.
  • Oversee the work of Housekeeping & Laundry personnel to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assist with plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
