In this role, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with customers, offering sound banking advice to help solve financial challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include smiling and welcoming customers, accurately processing banking transactions, retaining and deepening relationships by identifying needs and offering customers financial solutions, promoting and selling products and services, providing account opening, servicing and maintenance, and referring customers to internal business partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma, a positive attitude and customer focus, cash handling experience, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail, proficient computer skills using Word, the internet, email, the ability to navigate in a Windows environment, basic keyboarding skills, ability to have a high level of confidentiality and discretion of sensitive information, excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative team player, dependable, and ability to work as scheduled.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience, very generous PTO plan, 401(k) with company match up to 4%, profit sharing, employee stock ownership program, employee celebrations and events, logo apparel, and more.
