Responsibilities:
Key tasks you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming guests with enthusiasm and contributing to the FUN

- Instructing guests on the ropes course, including proper techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols to ensure a memorable experience.

- Evaluating and addressing guests' inquiries and concerns related to the ropes course with a WOW factor.

- Managing concessions and operating the cash register.

Qualifications:
Essential skills and attributes we seek:

- A positive and energetic attitude, with prior experience in customer service preferred.

- Proficiency in handling cash and credit card transactions.

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Capability to work at heights of up to 40 feet.

- Must be at least 16 years of age.
